Meet the Founder

Hello, I’m Jacquie, the Founder & Director of M:Brace HR.

I believe companies have a responsibility to treat people with fairness, dignity and care, because let's face it, we all spend a huge amount of time at work, right? Having spent years, shrinking myself just to fit into rooms I should have belonged in, bracing myself for impact, and then just ending up feeling, empty and numb. I knew that there had to be a better way.

With decades of experience in culture, leadership development, training, coaching and building teams, I knew things could be done differently.

M:Brace HR was born out of a deep-rooted belief that we can all do better, that workplaces don’t have to function this way, and that people can be treated with care, fairness and respect without sacrificing clarity, accountability or performance.
